The Black Law Student Association presents this event to honor Henry J. Richardson, Jr. (1902-1983), Class of 1928. He was a lawyer and leader in the civil rights movement in Indiana. He served in many prominent positions including State Representative and Marion County Judge. He actively fought for school and housing desegregation, and was a moving force in organizing the Urban League of Indianapolis. BLSA will honor Mr. Richardson and his many achievements.
