Professor Eleanor DeArman Kinney will lecture on "Disease & Tyranny: The Clash of Personal Rights & Public Health" on Wednesday, Oct. 14 at 4:00 p.m. at the Indiana Medical History Museum.

Eleanor D. Kinney, JD MPH will reflect on the Muncie smallpox epidemic in 1893 and discuss current public health laws and the GovernmentÂ’s role in responding to bioter-rorism, epidemics, and other health crises.
