Speaker: Professor Jun Fu
Professor Jun Fu, Professor of Finance and Banking Law, University of International Business and Economics ("UIBE"), Beijing, China. Professor Fu is currently a Fulbright Scholar at Harvard where he has just completed his work with Professor Hal Scott of Harvard Law School on “The International Finance” book. Professor Fu is considered as one of the leading academics in financial law in China. He has assisted the Chinese government in drafting regulations in banking, investment and trade. He has won numerous national prizes for his academic research and publications in the banking and finance fields. He frequently delivers lectures to high-level government officials, judges and lawyers at seminars and symposia in China, the United States, and Latin America. In recent years, he was a visiting scholar at Oxford University, Harvard, SMU and the Hague International Law Institute. Professor Fu received his PhD in Law from Peking University.
