Erin Albert, '12, Shares Insights into Social Media
Erin Albert, ’12, keeps adding to her resume and her already extensive list of interests. She worked with other Indianapolis women to stage the inaugural Social Media Dames Unconference in the metro area on November 21. The purpose of the conference was to call attention to the women in Indiana who are using social media successfully to draw attention to their endeavors. A story about the event, which sold out, appeared in the Indianapolis Star.
Albert is an assistant professor of pharmacy practice at Butler University, where she also is the Director of Continuing Education and Preceptor Development, and Director of the Ribordy Center for Community Practice Pharmacy. In addition, she also is a writer and an entrepreneur. Her latest project is a children’s book aimed at getting young girls interested in science, technology, engineering and medicine.
