Visiting Scholar Xue Jian arrives at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law
Xue Jian, Ph.D. Candidate at the Renmin University of China Law School in Beijing, China, arrived at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in December 2013. His area of research is administrative law. He is especially interested in comparative administrative law in the U.S. and PRC.
The Joint Center’s Mission is to utilize scholarly inquiry and open dialogue to promote mutual understanding and goodwill between the countries of East Asia and the United States, specifically with regard to the content and development of laws and the role of law in society.
