Professor Emily Michiko Morris Presents at Santa Clara Law, National Taiwan University
Professor Emily Michiko Morris presented her paper titled “Nanotechnology Patenting Stories” at the 2014 “Works-in-Progress in Intellectual Property” conference at Santa Clara Law on February 8. She explored nanotechnology and what may hinder it.
Professor Morris also presented “The Increasing Use of Regulatory Exclusive in the Pharmaceutical Industry” at the fourth annual Asia Pacific Innovation Conference at the National Taiwan University. The event was December 6 and 7, 2013.
Morris is an associate professor of law at IU McKinney. She teaches patent law, copyright law, and intellectual property law. Her research and teaching interests include patent law, health law and bioethics, Japanese law, and law and economic analysis.
