Indianapolis Legal Aid Society Event to Feature IU McKinney Alumni, Professors
A day-long fundraiser for the Indianapolis Legal Aid Society will feature 6.0 hours of continuing legal education credit presented by several alumni and a couple of faculty members of the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
Speakers for the event with ties to the law school include Justice Steven David, ’82; former Justice and now IU McKinney Professor of Practice Frank Sullivan, Jr.; Court of Appeals Judges Cale Bradford, ’86; Melissa S. May, ’84; Margret G. Robb, ’78; IU McKinney Professor Emeritus William F. Harvey; Deputy Executive Secretary of the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission Charles Kidd, ‘ 87; and James H. Voyles, Jr., ’68. The event is being organized by Curtis Shirley, ’91.
The event will be May 2 at the Indianapolis Marriott North, 3645 River Crossing Parkway. The session will include 1.0 hour of ethics credit, as well as breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon dessert. Cost is $300, and checks and registration forms should be mailed to:
