Professor Diana Winters Presents at UCLA Food Law and Policy Event
Professor Diana Winters took part in a panel discussion April 11 at the UCLA School of Law Resnick Program for Food Law and Policy – Food Litigation Conference.
The panel’s topic was “Recent Food Litigation Trends: What’s Healthy, What’s Natural, and Who Says So?” The panel discussed recent case law, emerging legal theories and settlement trends.
Professor Winters is an Associate Professor of Law and a Dean’s Fellow. She teaches torts, introduction to health law and policy, environmental law, and food and drug law. She joined the faculty at IU McKinney in 2012.
