Associate Dean Bravo Elected to ASIL Nominating Committee
Associate Dean Karen Bravo was elected to the Nominating Committee of the American Society of International Law (ASIL) during its 108th annual meeting, held in Washington, D.C., April 7-12. The committee is responsible for selecting the officers, council members, and counsellors to be elected to the Society’s Executive Council in April 2015. The group’s aim is to foster the study of international law and to promote the establishment and maintenance of international relations on the basis of law and justice.
Associate Dean Bravo is a member of ASIL’s Executive Council. Her three-year term ends in 2016. She is a Dean’s Fellow and Associate Dean for Graduate Studies and International Affairs at IU McKinney.
