Professor Terry's Article on Medical Technology Receives Favorable Review in "Jotwell"
The article “Information Technology’s Failure to Disrupt Healthcare,” 13 Nev. L.J. 722 (2013) by Professor Nicolas Terry received a rave review from JOTWELL, the “Journal of Things We Like (Lots).”
The review praises Terry’s work for its observation that health information technology has failed to disrupt health care because to date disruptions haven’t been radical enough.
Professor Terry is the Hall Render Professor of Law and co-director of the William S. and Christine S. Hall Center for Law and Health. Professor Terry’s research interests lie primarily at the intersection of medicine, law and information technology.
