IU McKinney SJD Candidate Publishes Article on Egyptian Constitution
Mohamed Abdelaal, an S.J.D. candidate at the IU Robert H. McKinney School of Law, has learned that his article titled “Egypt's Constitution: What Went Wrong?” was published in the Vienna Journal on International Constitution Law, Vol. 7 (2/2013). In the article, Abdelaal criticizes and provides some guidelines regarding how to avoid the mistakes committed in the 2012 suspended Egyptian constitution.
Abdelaal is an assistant professor of constitutional and administrative law at Alexandria University School of Law in Alexandria, Egypt.
