Three IU McKinney Alumni Receive LRAP Awards
A total of three alumni from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law received awards from the law school's Loan Repayment Assistance Program (LRAP) for 2013. Awards went to Nicholas Cayetano ’10, Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for the Grant County Prosecutor’s Office; Jonathan Dawes ’03, Project GRACE Public Ally for the Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic; and LaKesha Triggs ’07, Deputy Attorney General with the Office of the Indiana Attorney General.
Awards are initially made as loans that are then forgiven provided all program eligibility criteria are met at the end of the 12-month award period. Program awards are made possible by the fundraising efforts of the McKinney Chapter of Equal Justice Works and other members of the legal community who have contributed to the LRAP Endowment. For more information on LRAP, visit the program’s web page or contact Sonja Rice at firstname.lastname@example.org.
