Professor Terry Took Part in Health Care Reform Discussion During SEALS Conference
Professor Nicolas Terry was a panelist during a Workshop on Health Law tasked with discussing the topic “Health Care Reform Reprised: What Progress Has Been Made Since Last Year” during the Southeastern Association of Law Schools 2013 Conference on August 9. The panel addressed health quality and safety issues that have arisen over the past year as part of the implementation of the Affordable Care Act.
Professor Terry is the Hall Render Professor of Law and co-director of the William S. and Christine S. Hall Center for Law and Health. Professor Terry’s research interests lie primarily at the intersection of medicine, law and information technology.
