SJD Graduate Mohamed Arafa's Thesis Published
Mohamed Arafa, S.J.D. ’13, recently learned that his Ph.D. dissertation has been accepted for publication by Lambert Academic Publishing in Germany. The book is titled Towards a New Anti-Corruption Law in Egypt after Mubarak: A Comparative Study between the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, Egyptian Anti-Bribery Law, and Islamic Law. The book is being published in English; an Arabic translation will follow soon.
Arafa is an assistant professor of criminal law and criminal justice at Alexandria University Faculty of Law in Egypt. He will return during the Fall 2013 semester to the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law to again teach a course in Islamic law.
