National Professional Responsibility Moot Court Competition

The Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law Moot Court Board is pleased to announce that the 3rd Annual National Professional Responsibility Moot Court Competition was successfully held on March 14-15, 2014, in Indianapolis, Indiana.

This two-day competition wass open to all ABA-accredited law schools throughout the United States and focused on a question of professional responsibility.

Winners of the 2014 National Professional Responsibility Moot Court Competition:

Congratulations to the University of Mississippi School of Law on winning the 2014 National Professional Responsibility Moot Court Competition. Will Widman, of the University of Mississippi School of Law was named the best oralist in the final round.

The following also received awards for their efforts at the competition:

  • Runner-up: Florida Coastal School of Law
  • Semi-finalists: DePaul College of Law and Florida Coastal School of Law
  • Best Petitioner Brief: DePaul College of Law
  • Best Respondent Brief: University of Mississippi School of Law
  • Best Oralist in the Preliminary Rounds: Nick Sellers, Stetson University College of Law
