Ran Zhang Defends Dissertation at Inlow Hall February 5

IU McKinney Doctor of Juridical Science candidate Ran Zhang defended her dissertation on February 5 at Inlow Hall. Her defense committee was made up of Professor Carlton Waterhouse of Howard University School of Law, formerly of IU McKinney; Professor Stella Emery of FAESA in Brazil, recently a Visiting Professor at IU McKinney; and Professor Frank Emmert, John S. Grimes Professor of Law and Executive Director of the Center for International and Comparative Law at IU McKinney.
Zhang's thesis is titled "Public Participation in Environmental Protection in the U.S. and China -- A Comparative Perspective."
