The McKinney J.D. Part-time (Evening) Program
The flexibility to pursue a J.D. degree around the life you're already living. In addition to our full-time J.D. program, the part-time program offers additional flexibility and evening classes are often taught by stellar adjuncts working in the field of law, here in Indianapolis. Many full-time students switch tracks after their core courses (first-year curriculum) have been completed. Applicable to students matriculating before August 2023. Dual Degrees
Earn two degrees in less time than it would take to pursue each degree individually, and with a discount on credit hours for each. The McKinney J.D. can be earned simultaneously with another graduate degree from one of our seven partner schools. Find out more...

Graduate certificates can enhance your J.D. by indicating a specialized area of study to your future employers. Each certificate has bundles of courses you're probably already taking that qualify for it, and every J.D. student can complete two of them. Find out more...
Online Options
Students in the JD program may earn up to 30 credit hours, or 1/3 of the degree, online, subject to schedule availability and course offerings. McKinney Law Online courses are available in the upper level elective or highly recommended curriculum, involve a wide variety of subject areas including three of our certificate programs, and are designed and taught by McKinney faculty with a level of attention to quality unsurpassed in law schools.
