Judge Noell F. Allen
Judge Noell F. Allen is a Federal Administrative Law Judge (“ALJ”) for the United States Social Security Administration in Indianapolis, IN. Allen received her Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management with a concentration in Food & Beverage, magna cum laude, from Bethune-Cookman University in Daytona Beach, FL, (’02) and received her Juris Doctorate degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis, IN (’07).
Prior to serving as a Federal Judge, Noell Allen served as an attorney, business woman, an educator, and a civic leader in Indianapolis, IN. Allen was the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Government and Legislative Affairs at the consulting firm of A Total Solution CPA & Consulting Services, Inc. Additionally, Allen served as an ALJ for the Indiana Department of Workforce Development, Interim Executive Director and ALJ for the Indiana Civil Rights Commission, and Legal Advisor for the Governor’s Commission for Minority/Women Business Enterprises. She also served as a Commissioner on the Business Law Survey Commission and an ad hoc Fact Finder for the Indiana Education Employment Relations Board presiding over disputes between school corporations and teacher associations.
Allen’s civic engagement consisted of serving as a Trustee for Ivy Tech Community College – Indianapolis Campus, Past-President of the United Negro College Fund (“UNCF”) Indianapolis Inter Alumni Council, Education Champion with The Mind Trust, founding member of LifeJourney Church’s Social Justice Ministry, a cohort of the 2016 FBI Indianapolis Citizens Academy, board member for the Mount Vernon Education Foundation, board member of the Marion County Bar Association, and Co-Founder of WATCh - We Are the Change, a non-for profit organization that educates citizens on the voting process. Allen has received numerous awards and accolades due to her service to the Indianapolis community and abroad.
Allen was an adjunct professor at Southern New Hampshire University College of Continuing Education, Criminal Justice Department where she taught Judicial Administration, Legal Research and Writing, among other courses. Allen also served as a legal analyst on TV One’s Justice By Any Means, Season 2. Allen is married to Crystal Allen, has two daughters, and resides in McCordsville, IN.

Erika Bryant
Erika Bryant is a 2009 graduate of The Ohio State University with a BFA with Distinction in Dance. Erika later attained her Juris Doctorate from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2019. Erika has served clients and communities as an Indiana licensed attorney since October 2019 having experience in family law, estate planning, real estate, entertainment law, and contracts. With a love for learning, Erika returned to school and upon completion of an apprenticeship, Erika will be a licensed funeral director/embalmer. By her husband's side and with God being first, they lead The C.O.R.E. - Church of Revolution and Elevation. Erika loves spending time with and creating memories with her husband and son.

Chaka Coleman
Chaka graduated from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree and is licensed to practice law in Indiana. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University. In addition to her role as the Managing Principal of Obvion Consulting Group, she also serves as the government affairs liaison and legal counsel to a statewide health system.

Armand B.L. Holmes
Armand B.L. Holmes graduated from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2021 and currently serves as Corporate Counsel for JD Sports (formerly Finish Line). He received his Bachelor’s degree from Lake Forest College in 2015. Prior to JD Sports, Armand practiced law in Chicago for Bruning & Associates, P.C. Being a native Clevelander, Armand is an avid Browns and Cavaliers fan and in his spare time enjoys spending time with his Wife, his dog Shadow, and volunteering on numerous boards and committees in Indianapolis and Ohio.

Jordan Oliver
Jordan Oliver, 21’ Federal Prosecutor at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Indiana
Jordan Oliver is an Assistant United States Attorney in the Southern District of Indiana. As a federal prosecutor, he investigates and prosecutes a wide variety of federal crimes including narcotics, firearms, and other violent offenses. He represents in the United States in evidentiary hearings, criminal trials, and appellate arguments in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Prior to becoming a federal prosecutor, Jordan was an Associate at Barnes & Thornburg LLP, primarily practicing White Collar Criminal Defense in the firm’s Litigation Department. He spent two summers as a summer associate at Barnes & Thornburg while in law school. Prior to law school, Jordan served four years active duty in the United States Marine Corps.
Jordan earned his J.D. from IU Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2021. During law school, Jordan served as an Associate Editor of Indiana Law Review and was involved as a member of the Veteran’s Law Society and Black Law Students’ Association.
In 2022, Jordan was selected by the Indianapolis Business Journal for the “20 in their Twenties” 2022 class.
Jordan is also passionate about giving back to the community in Indiana. He currently serves as Board Member for the Autism Society of Indiana; Advisory Council Member for the Indiana Institute on Disability and Community; Board Member for Midwest Food Bank; and Member and Legal Committee Chair for Penrod Society.

Chasity Thompson Osborn
Chasity Thompson Osborn is a member of the Black Alumni Council where she assists with providing support and resources to help foster an environment of belonging and connection among students and alumni. Chasity believes that a law degree is a great way to advance a career. “Graduates can use their law degree to enhance their lives with a myriad of opportunities that range from traditional practice to corporate careers, and creative endeavors.”
Currently, Chasity is the Director of Attorney Learning and Development at Taft Stettinius & Hollister, LLP. With two decades of experience in legal and professional development, Chasity creates and manages attorney training and development programming to help advance leadership and career trajectories.
Prior to joining Taft, Chasity worked in higher education, most recently serving as assistant dean of student affairs and assistant dean of professional development at Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. She is an active member in the legal community, participating in numerous bar associations, and she is active in multiple community organizations including Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and The Links, Incorporated.
Chasity has received numerous awards for her work. Her accolades include the IU McKinney Best Administrator of the Year, IU Advisor of the Year award, Alpha Kappa Alpha Empowered Leader award, Outstanding Educator award, Rabb Emison Diversity award (twice), and the Indiana Lawyer’s Law and Leadership award (twice) among several others.

Arqeil Shaw
Arqeil is a 2020 graduate of Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law (’20). He is a corporate attorney who helps entrepreneurs, investors, and growing companies navigate the challenges of building and scaling businesses. His experience covers mergers and acquisitions, startup formation, venture financing, and commercial contracts. Having represented buyers, sellers, founders, private equity firms, and venture capital funds, he brings a balanced perspective to the negotiating table. Arqeil has guided clients across a range of industries and investment stages—from early fundraising rounds to later-stage institutional deals. He frequently advises high-growth companies on structuring equity financings and investor agreements, as well as supporting investors with diligence and portfolio oversight.
Equally important to him is mentorship and accessibility. Arqeil is passionate about sharing what he’s learned with law students, aspiring attorneys, and entrepreneurs, and he welcomes opportunities to connect with those exploring the intersection of law, business, and innovation.

Pamela Grant-Taylor
Pamela Grant-Taylor is a licensed attorney in the State of Indiana and the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Indiana and the Southern District of Indiana. She has been practicing law since 2008. Mrs. Taylor received her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, Indianapolis, Indiana. In law school, Mrs. Taylor served on the Dean’s Student Advisory Board and was an active member of the IU McKinney Chapter of the Black Law Student Association (BLSA). She was the President of BLSA in 2005-2006. Mrs. Taylor earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University, West Lafayette, and a Master of Science (M.S.) in Secondary Education from the IU-Indianapolis School of Education. Before attending law school, Mrs. Taylor was a secondary educator for the Indianapolis Public Schools (IPS) and MSD of Pike Township, teaching Integrated Chemistry and Physics, chemistry, and mathematics.
In August 2018, Mrs. Taylor joined the Marion County Public Defender Agency to provide top-notch criminal defense representation to the indigent citizens of Marion County/Indianapolis, Indiana. Shortly after joining the MCPDA, Mrs. Taylor became active with the Indiana State Bar Association (ISBA), serving on the Membership committee. Mrs. Taylor was the 2021 President of the Marion County Bar Association (MCBA) and currently serves as the Corresponding Secretary. She has been active with the MCBA since 2011. Mrs. Taylor was an At-Large Director for IndyBar for 2021-2022 and has been an active member since 2015. Mrs. Taylor has been active with the IU McKinney Black Alumni Council since its inception and has served as Secretary on the Executive Committee.

Ahmed Young
Ahmed Young currently serves as Director of Public and Government Affairs for Walmart. He previously held the role of General Counsel/Chief of Staff for Indianapolis Public Schools. Ahmed led Mayor Joe Hogsett's Office of Education Innovation, spearheading all education action and policy for the Indianapolis mayor, and spent nearly a decade in classrooms as a teacher in Indianapolis and New York City schools. Mr. Young previously practiced law in the private and public sectors. Ahmed loves traveling with his wife, Jasmin, and three children, Zara, Nadia, and Idris.
