At the Office of Professional Development, it’s our goal to connect employers with our outstanding McKinney students and graduates.
The On Campus Interview (OCI) Program is designed to do exactly that.
We offer two rounds of OCI during the school-year:
- Fall OCI: Interviews for this round generally take place in early August before classes begin. This is an ideal time to recruit 2L students for summer positions or 3L students for full-time roles after graduation. Registration for employers opens in McKinney Works in May.
- Spring OCI: Interviews for this round generally take place in mid-February. This is an ideal time to recruit 1L or 2L students for available summer positions or 3L students for full-time roles after graduation. Registration for employers opens in McKinney Works in November.
