Environmental Law is a growing and dynamic area of legal practice. IU McKinney’s Program in Environmental & Natural Resources (ENR) Law offers students the opportunity to examine complex issues in the news every day, including pollution control, energy and transportation policy, and environmental justice, and resource development and conservation from a regional, national, and international perspective.
The Program in ENR Law offers a Graduate Certificate, which can prepare you to practice in the fields of environmental law, natural resources law, water law, energy law, and utility law. You can also get involved in the Environmental Law Society (ELS). Experiential learning opportunities happen through externships and Moot Court.
