
Linh N. Ho (LL.M., ’16)
A government official representing Vietnam’s interests in trade agreement negotiations. She currently works in the Multilateral Trade Negotiations Department of Vietnam’s Ministry of Industry and Trade as a Team Leader of Rulebased Trade Commitments.

Ms. Ho has served as an Agreement Lead/ Implementation Coordinator of the United KingdomVietnam Free Trade Agreement that covers £5.1 billion in trade. She also monitors Vietnam’s compliance with its trade-in-good commitments in different multilateral trade regimes, namely the World Trade Organization (WTO), the European Union-Vietnam Free Trade Agreement, and the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP).
To help businesses expand their capabilities, Ms. Ho works with the World Bank to develop and administer a free trade agreement portal, a comprehensive resource for exporters and importers looking to explore the benefits of Vietnam’s FTAs.
Ms. Ho also develops technical training courses on international trade.
