Mr. Zhang has been working actively in the field of investment and mergers and acquisitions for almost two decades, playing a leading role in many milestone transactions.
Prior to joining 360 Security, Mr. Zhang served as the general counsel for China Vanke, a real estate company ranking 208th on the Fortune Global 500 list in 2020.
