Taylor graduated from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in December 2017 and is licensed to practice in Indiana, as well as the Northern and Southern Federal Districts of Indiana. He became a partner at Wallace Law Firm in Covington, Indiana, in January of 2019. Taylor's practice includes a variety of different case types including criminal defense, family law, real property, and estate planning. He is a public defender in Fountain and Warren County, as well as the attorney for the City of Covington.
Taylor is on the board of the Western Indiana Community Foundation, as well as a variety of other boards in his small community. He lives in Covington with his wife and their three children. On weekends and evenings, Taylor can probably be found on a ballfield or gym with his kids.
