Professor Eleanor DeArman Kinney will lecture on "Disease & Tyranny: The Clash of Personal Rights & Public Health" on Wednesday, Oct. 14 at 4:00 p.m. at the Indiana Medical History Museum.
Eleanor D. Kinney, JD MPH will reflect on the Muncie smallpox epidemic in 1893 and discuss current public health laws and the Government’s role in responding to bioter-rorism, epidemics, and other health crises.
The Indiana Medical History Museum is located at 3045 West Vermont Street, Indianapolis.
