Indiana International and Comparative Law Review Symposium
Recent Developments in the War on Corruption: The U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and Beyond

The Indiana International & Comparative Law Review is excited to present the Review’s Spring 2012 Symposium focusing on anti-corruption efforts across the globe, particularly in light of recent enforcement efforts with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). TheReview is hoping to open dialogue and foster new and useful ideas for both academic and legal practitioners by focusing this year’s Symposium on the important topic of anti-corruption in international business.
By putting on a comprehensive symposium on this topic, the Review hopes to benefit practitioners who work directly with the FCPA, advising corporate clients doing business abroad or those who simply wanting to know more about the Act and its implications in the increasingly global practice of law. The symposium will also provide comparative analysis of the anti-corruption laws in other countries, such as the UK and Canada.
The Indiana International & Comparative Law Review is a student-edited law journal at Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law that is devoted to the study and analysis of current international legal issues and problems. Published continuously since 1991, the Review is edited by second and third-year law students chosen on the basis of their academic standing and performance in a writing competition.
