ICLU Forum on the USA Patriot Act

Mr. Quigley will discuss the Patriuot Act that became law following the 9/11 tragedies. Critics charge that the Patriot Act authorizes government to encroach into individuals' basic human rights, particularly the right to privacy, free speech, and fair trial.
