Co-hosted by Indiana University’s Maurer School of Law, the IU Robert H. McKinney School of Law at IUPUI, the IU Alumni Association and the IU Europe Gateway, this conference provides IU alumni who are based in Europe and/or engaged in law or business in Europe with professional exchange and networking opportunities. Participants can choose between four different breakout rooms to connect with other alumni, exchange experiences and resources, and discuss some of the pressing issues for European legal professionals.

Prof. Dr. Boštjan M. Zupančič, former judge of the European Court of Human Rights, will be giving a keynote address. After serving as judge of the Constitutional Court of Slovenia for five years, he assumed judgeship at the ECHR in 1998. He occupied this position for 17 years, making him the longest-serving judge at the ECHR to this day.
