Please join us for A Conversation on Trademark Law with Dorothy Park, ‘18, Intellectual Property Staff Attorney, Barnes & Thornburg LLP ! Ms. Park will be a special guest speaker in the Trademark Law course on January 24th, 2022.
Before turning to private practice, Ms. Park spent a year with the U.S. Copyright Office in Washington, D.C., as a copyright registration specialist. In that role, she examined and analyzed copyright applications and deposits for original works of authorship and provided informational updates regarding copyright claims and principles for federal registration purposes.
Ms. Park gained experience during law school as a research assistant, focusing on e-commerce statutes, regulations, policies, and case law pertaining to copyright works; as a judicial extern to the Honorable John M.T. Chavis II of the Marion Superior Court; and as a law clerk with an Indianapolis firm and a firm in Vienna, Virginia.
This is a free event, but registration is required.

Parking is available for a nominal fee at the campus Gateway Garage, located on the corner of Michigan and California Streets (Address is 525 Blackford Street).
Parking is also available for a nominal fee at the Natatorium Garage two blocks west of the law school.
