Mr. Tapia is co-founder of the Blockchain Alliance. The Blockchain Law Alliance brings together experienced educators, lawyers, and technologists to advocate for clear and functional standards in the regulation of digital assets and to educate blockchain industry professionals, politicians and regulators, business executives, legal practitioners, law students, and other interested parties, about the intersection of blockchain technology and law. He served as Chie Executive Officer at Restored Consulting for four years prior to his enrollment in the JD program at IU McKinney School of Law. He also served as a Consultant to Blockchain Agility and Strategic Advisory for EZ Exchange. Mr. Tapia earned his JD from IU McKinney and B.S. in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Mr. Andrew Bull is the founding member of Bull Blockchain Law LLP. He received his JD from Drexel University Kline Law School. He specializes in technology-based transactions and provides legal advice and consultation to businesses and individuals operating in the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry. Mr. Bull founded a digital asset investment fund and ran one of the first cryptocurrency mining companies in the United States. He has been quoted in Forbes regarding digital assets and was one of the American Bar Association’s Top 40 Young Lawyers Award nominees in 2020.

Professor Jeffrey Maine, Associate Dean for Research, Maine Law Foundation Professor of Law, University of Maine School of Law, is an expert on tax law. Professor Maine has written eight books and numerous articles in the field. Formerly a practicing attorney at Holland & Knight in Tampa, Florida, he focuses his current research on the intersection of federal taxation and intellectual property.
