Description: Indiana enacted major revisions into the Indiana Medical Malpractice Act – effective July 1, 2017. The discussion will give the audience a general understanding of changes and how those changes will likely affect practitioners on both sides of the fence long term. There will also be a discussion of developing case law in the area.

Due to road construction on or near campus, we recommended parking at the IU Indianapolis Sports Garage at 875 West New York Street. Please note this is a change from previous years.
Parking is available for a nominal fee (credit/debit card) at the Sports Garage, as well as the Gateway Garage.
