Bio

Novella Nedeff joined the clinic faculty in 2002 as a visitor and became a clinical associate professor of Law in 2003. She is a 1983 graduate of the law school and a former associate editor of the Indiana Law Review. For 11 years prior to joining our faculty, she was employed by the Marion County Public Defender Agency and most recently was assigned to major felony cases. She also served as a supervisor of public defenders and as director of the agency's training program. Earlier in her career, she served on the staff of the Indiana Public Defender, during which time she litigated post-conviction cases at trial and on appeal.
