Bio

Virginia D. Marschand joined the law school as director of administrative and fiscal affairs in December 2006. Prior to coming to the law school, she held the position of financial manager with the Instructional Research and Educational Technology program in the Indiana University School of Medicine. Virginia earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Indiana University Kokomo, a Masters of Public Affairs in Non-profit Management from IUPUI, and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. Licensed to practice law as a member of the Indiana Bar, Virginia is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and the Indianapolis Bar Association. Virginia’s responsibilities include planning and administering all budget and financial activities as well as coordinating all personnel, facility and other administrative functions for the law school.
