Bio
Shushan Baumann is the Associate Director for the Office of Professional Development at IU McKinney School of Law. She coordinates the On-Campus Interview (OCI) program, builds relationships with employer partners, and supports students with job search strategies, networking, and professional development. She also develops career programming and resources to help students navigate the legal job market with confidence.

Her background includes experience in student services, program coordination, and language instruction at Indiana University and Marian University. With a strong interest in helping students navigate their career paths, she brings a thoughtful, student-centered approach to her work.

Outside of work, Shushan enjoys curling up with a good thriller novel, exploring new coffee shops, taking long weekend walks with her dog, and dreaming up her next big trip.
