Bio
Adam brings more than 13 years of progressive experience in higher education advancement, with a track record of transformational growth and strategic leadership. For the past eight and a half years, he has served as the Director of Development for the School of Health and Human Sciences at IU Indianapolis, where he played a central role in doubling philanthropic output, increased major gift activity and strengthened donor engagement. His productivity has included securing significant investments in student scholarships, capital projects, and programmatic innovation. In his previous roles, Adam worked closely with faculty, deans, university leadership, alumni, and corporate partners to elevate the school’s philanthropic impact. Prior to joining IU, Adam served as a Major Gifts Officer at his alma mater, Wabash College, where he cultivated lasting donor relationships and demonstrated his capacity for major gift productivity. His experience, collaborative spirit, and results-driven approach position him well to lead McKinney Law’s development efforts.
Adam holds a BA in Psychology from Wabash and an MA in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Ball State. He currently is an adjunct professor of Sport Psychology for SHHS.
