In the Appellate Clinic, you will represent indigent clients in civil or criminal appeals under the supervision of clinical faculty. You will be responsible for all aspects of representation, including client communication, drafting motions and briefs to the Indiana Court of Appeals, presenting oral argument, and litigating a petition for transfer to the Indiana Supreme Court.
Since its founding in 2008, the Appellate Clinic has enabled 22 students to work on more than 20 cases.
