IU McKinney LL.M. Alumnus Awarded Fellowship at Harvard Kennedy School of Government

Artyom Geghamyan, LL.M. ’07, has been named a fellow at the Carr Center for Human Rights Policy, part of the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. His research focuses on transitional justice issues in Eastern Europe and former soviet socialist republics. He was an Edward S. Mason Fellow, and recently received his Master in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School, where he focused on leadership development, public policy, and international human rights.
Geghamyan is a fellow of the UK Ministry of Justice and John Smith Trust program on good governance, social justice, and the rule of law. He was awarded the U.S. Department of State Edmund E. Muskie Fellowship and the Public Service Fellowship in 2009.
