Professor Ryznar Comments on Same-Sex Marriage Cases in 7th Circuit

Professor Margaret Ryznar spoke extensively about the same-sex marriage cases argued before the 7th Court of Appeals on August 26.
The cases originated in Indiana and Wisconsin, both of which hope to reinstate bans against same-sex marriage.
Professor Ryznar was interviewed by radio hosts June Grasso and Mark Mills of Bloomberg Radio, for the program “Legal Affairs” on August 27.
She also was interviewed that same day by radio host Steve Walsh of Lakeshore Public Radio in Northwest Indiana on radio station 89.1 FM.
Professor Ryznar’s latest piece in the Huffington Post also is about the topic.
Professor Ryznar joined the faculty in Fall 2012 and teaches family law; international and comparative family law; juvenile law; income taxation of individuals, fiduciaries and business associations; and trusts and estates. In addition to contributing to the Huffington Post, she edits the Family Law Prof Blog.
