Professor Hill Quoted by Congressman in Judiciary Committee Hearing

Professor John Hill’s analysis of President Barack Obama’s executive order that grants residency status to as many as five million illegal immigrants was quoted by Congressman Lamar Smith of Texas during a judiciary hearing December 3. The hearing was specifically on the president’s executive action.
The congressman quoted Professor Hill’s op-ed that was originally published in the Indianapolis Star on November 20.
Professor Hill holds a J.D. and a doctorate in philosophy, both of which he received from Georgetown University. In addition to being a professor of law at IU McKinney, where he teaches constitutional law, civil procedure, torts, jurisprudence and ethical and legal issues at the end of life, he also is a Grimes Fellow, and an adjunct professor of philosophy in the Department of Philosophy at IUPUI.
