Professor Emerita Kinney Writes on Medicaid Anniversary

Professor Emerita Eleanor Kinney’s post on the fiftieth anniversary of the Medicaid program was published to “Health Affairs Blog.”
The post is part of Yale Law School event “The Law of Medicare and Medicaid at 50” held in early November. Kinney was part of a panel with the topic "Historical Context, Legislation, Administration.
Professor Emerita Kinney is the founding director of the law school’s Hall Center for Law and Health.
