IU McKinney Student Paper Accepted to Fourth Annual Young Comparativists Conference

Moustafa Alameldin, a student in IU McKinney’s International and Comparative Law track in the LL.M. Program, learned that his paper has been accepted by the fourth annual Young Comparativists Conference, slated to be held this year at Florida State University College of Law.
The paper, titled “The U.S. International Public Policy in Front of Islamic Family Law Traditions.” Alameldin will present the paper at the YCC, scheduled for April 16 and 17 at the law school in Florida.
Prior to studying at IU McKinney, Alameldin was a senior associate at Hafez Law Firm in Cairo, Egypt. He received his LL.B. in law and Islamic studies at Al-Azhar University in Alexandrea, Egypt, where he received a high diploma in economic and financial sciences, and a high diploma in private law. Alameldin also holds an LL.M. in international business law from l’Institut de Droit des Affaires International, Cairo University in cooporation with Dorbonne and Dauphine Universities, and a master in private international law and international business law from Sorbonne University.
