IU McKinney Student's Discussion of Torture and National Security Published by JURIST

Clarence Leatherbury, a 3L student at IU McKinney, published a piece in JURIST on the use of torture and national security. The column was published December 28, 2014.
JURIST is a legal news and commentary publication operated by the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Leatherbury took part in Professor George Edwards Military Commission Observation Project and witnessed some of the detainee proceedings at Fort Meade in Maryland. A portion of the piece was also published as a letter to the editor in the Indianapolis Star on January 17.
