Professor Nguyen Presents at IP Conferences Nationally

Professor Xuan-Thao Nguyen, who holds the Gerald L. Bepko Chair in Law at Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, spoke on “Financing Innovation” at the Intellectual Property Law Conference held at the United States Patents & Trademarks Office in Alexandria, Virginia on February 6-7.
She also presented “A Critique of China and the New Trademark Law” at the University of Washington School of Law, February 2.
Professor Nguyen is the director of the IU McKinney Center for Intellectual Property Law and Innovation. She is an internationally recognized legal scholar, known for her expertise in the intersections of intellectual property, secured transactions, bankruptcy, licensing, and taxation.
