Professor Frank Emmert One of the Authors of Casebook on European Union Law

Professor Frank Emmert is one of the authors of the fourth edition of the book Cases and Materials on European Union Law. The fourth edition of the work will be published in June by West Academic Publishing.
The work presents the governance and judicial structure of the European Union with its major substantive law fields. The history, institutional structure, principal court constitutional doctrines, basic legal principals, precedents, and competition law and policy are among the topics covered in the book.
Professor Emmert is the Executive Director of the Center for International and Comparative Law, and the John S. Grimes Professor of Law.
