Professor Rob Katz Speaks on Indiana’s Religious Freedom Law for Bloomberg Law Podcast

Professor Robert Katz was a guest on Bloomberg Law’s podcast on Wednesday, April 1st. He discussed the religious-rights legislation pending in Arkansas as well as the new law in Indiana.
Katz said the law in Indiana is redundant in respect to protecting religious freedoms, which are already vigorously protected in the state constitution. He said it was passed, in his view, “in response to the legalization of same-sex marriage.”
