Four faculty members and one student from IU McKinney were slated to take part in the 2015 IUPUI Research Day, held April 17 at the Campus Center.

• Professor Carrie Hagan and a colleague from the School of Social Work were scheduled to talk about community collaborations
• Professor Nicholas Georgakopoulos prepared a discussion on the use of probability theory in assessing DNA evidence
• Professor Carlton Waterhouse was the mentor for a liberal arts student who examined factors that contribute to mass incarceration among African-Americans
• Christopher Moeller, an IU McKinney 3L, is part of a team of students who will discuss their work on the problem of payday loans in Central Indiana
