05/18/2015
Five of the seven Indiana Court Appeals interns in the Carr L. Darden Conference for Legal Education Opportunity (CLEO) program are students at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
Students chosen for the program receive a 10-week paid internship with a judge on the Indiana Court of Appeals. The program also takes students on site visits to other federal, state, and county government agencies in Indianapolis. The intern program is named in honor of Judge Carr L. Darden, ’70, who retired from the Indiana Court of Appeals in 2012 and now serves as a senior judge.

- Nicole Burts, who will work with Judge Michael P. Barnes
