Eight IU McKinney Students Spending Summer in 12 Different Locales through PIHRL Internships

Eight IU McKinney J.D. and LL.M. students are spending their summer in 12 different cities across the globe as part of internships through the law school’s Program in International Human Rights Law.

Students taking part in in in the internship placements and the sites where they will study are:
LL.M. student Zahra Ayoubi, J.D. '15, is traveling to Dublin, Ireland, and New Delhi, India
3L Hee Jong Choi will spend the summer in Seoul, South Korea, and Washington, D.C.
LL.M. student Iurie Cuciuc is in Geneva, Switzerland
2L Peter Kern will travel to Prague, Czech Republic, and Chisanau, Moldova
3L Luke Purdy will spend the summer in Geneva, Switzerland
2L Sam Sites will travel to Prague, Czech Republic, and Accra, Ghana
3L Joane Theodule will spend her summer in Chiang Mai, Thailand, and Cape Town, South Africa
2L Michelle Yockelson will travel to Chiang Mai, Thailand, and Yangon, Myanmar
