Professor Winters Publishes in "Indiana Law Journal," "Tulane Law Review"

Professor Diana R.H. Winters has published two articles recently, one in the Indiana Law Journal and one in the Tulane Law Review.
Professor Winters’ article “Intractable Delay and the Need to Amend the Petition Provisions of the FDCA” was published in the Indiana Law Journal, Volume 90, Issue 3. Her article, “The Magical Thinking of Food Labeling: The NLEA as a Failed Statute,” was published in Volume 89, Issue 4, of the Tulane Law Review.
Professor Winters is associate professor of law and a Dean’s Fellow. She joined the faculty in August 2012. Winters was a Visiting Assistant Professor at Boston University School of Law, where she was also the Health Law Scholar. There she taught environmental law, environmental litigation, and advanced civil procedure. Winters received her Ph.D. in the History of the American Civilization from Harvard University, and her J.D., cum laude, from New York University School of Law, where she was a recipient of a Dean’s Scholarship.
