Professor Quigley Writes on Trans-Pacific Partnership for "Health and Human Rights Journal"

Professor Fran Quigley has published an article titled “The Trans-Pacific Partnership and Access to Medicines” in the Health and Human Rights Journal. The piece was published June 18.
In the article, Professor Quigley reviews the proposed terms of the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement and its potential impact on health.
Professor Quigley is a clinical professor of law, teaching in the Health and Human Rights Clinic. Clinic students advocate for rights on behalf of the poor, and have a special focus on representing low-wage workers. His latest book, If We can Win Here: The New Front Lines in the Labor Movement, was published in April by Cornell University Press, and examines the union movement among service-sector workers nationwide.
