Professor Roisman Explains the Fair Housing Decision in "Poverty & Race"

Professor Florence Wagman Roisman has published an article in the newsletter “Poverty & Race,” a publication of the Poverty & Race Research Action Council. The piece highlights the importance of the ruling in the United States Supreme Court ruling in Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs v. Inclusive Communities Project, which was decided on June 25.
In the article, Professor Roisman details the ruling’s significance.
Professor Roisman is on the board of directors for Inclusive Communities Project, which brought the suit. An expert on housing law, Professor Roisman is the William F. Harvey Professor of Law.
